Overview
Experienced Conveyancer wanted for a fully flexible role – work from home, part-time or full-time. Handle varied residential conveyancing cases with a low-pressure caseload and a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
* Progress residential conveyancing cases, including Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases, Remortgages, Transfers of Equity, Shared Ownership or New Builds.
* Pick up live files from other conveyancers, stepping in at any stage of the conveyancing process.
* Review search reports, respond to enquiries, and ensure smooth file progression.
* Work with a supportive team in a laid-back but efficient environment.
* Typically handle no more than 40 cases at a time, supported by a shared case management spreadsheet for smooth handovers.
Candidate Requirements
* Minimum of 3–5 years’ residential conveyancing experience (Solicitor, CLC, CILEX or experienced unqualified conveyancer).
* Comfortable handling all stages of Freehold and Leasehold transactions.
* Confident working independently and adapting to different case files.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to progress cases efficiently.
