A part-time Personal Assistant (PA) is needed to assist our energetic and delightful client with the management of her holistic therapy business, day-to-day diary, domestic organisation and light household tasks. With severely impaired vision and registered blind, our client requires a female PA who is motivated, and promotes her independence, but who can support her with business administration tasks, diary management and record-keeping. Experience of using Apple devices and software is essential.
Our client delivers hands-on therapy in her clinic within her home, and she is extremely intelligent and skilled at her profession. You will also accompany our client when shopping and promoting her business. Personal care is not an element of this role.
A professional and enabling approach, a good sense of humour, attention to detail and IT competence are paramount. The PA should be able to support the client should she decide to undertake further education in the future, usually in the form of one- or two-day courses in the UK, occasionally requiring an overnight stay.
You must be an organised individual with a desire to assist, support, guide and encourage. Being reliable, flexible, and trustworthy, the PA will liaise with our client to formulate a daily and weekly task list, and provide regular updates to promote her independence and to ensure all appointments and records are updated in a timely manner.
