With continued expansion and significant investment across the group, this is an exciting opportunity to step into a Finance Director role within one of their largest divisions. Your new role As Finance Director, you will lead the financial management, reporting and operational finance activities for the division. This is a hands‑on and commercially focused leadership role, partnering closely with the senior leadership team. Key responsibilities: • Lead month-end, financial reporting, financial controls and statutory • Act as a senior business partner to Partners and operational leaders• Develop financial reporting packs, KPIs and analysis for strategic decision-making• Support acquisition integration and alignment of financial processes• Manage budgeting, forecasting and planning cycles• Drive process improvements, automation and financial discipline• Lead, support and develop a small finance team What you'll need to succeed • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (ACA beneficial)• Strong experience in financial control, reporting and month-end ownership• Background in professional services• Experienced in managing and developing small finance teams• Confident, commercially minded and able to partner effectively with senior stakeholders You should also be comfortable commuting across multiple offices within the south east region What you'll get in return This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing group.
