Medical Field Service Engineer – X-ray & CT Imaging Systems

Position Summary: Following expansion, we are recruiting customer focused and technically motivated Medical Field Service Engineers responsible for the service, repair, breakdown and maintenance of highly advanced X-ray and CT imaging systems at hospital and healthcare centres in the region.
Responsibilities:
* Service, repair, breakdown and maintenance of X‑ray & CT systems.
* Provide excellent customer service and professional engagement at customer sites.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot technical faults in complex imaging equipment.
* Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance, including calibration and testing.
* Stay up‑to‑date with the latest product updates and advance training.
Qualifications & Experience:
* Background in field service engineering from sectors such as medical device, medical imaging, laboratory device, semiconductor, or ex HM Forces (RAF, REME, Navy).
* Strong technical knowledge of imaging equipment and electronic manufacturing.
* Excellent customer service skills and confident, professional manner in customer‑facing environments.
* Good understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards for medical equipment.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a national engineering team.
Salary & Benefits: £45,000 – £46,500 per year plus company car, bonus, overtime, healthcare, contributory pension scheme, phone, laptop. Ongoing product training and career development opportunities.
