What you’ll be doing
As a Holiday Home Sales Advisor, you will be the person who interacts and builds relationships with potential purchasers, giving them the insights they need to make informed decisions about purchasing one of our beautiful holiday homes.
You will seek out and create opportunities to talk to potential holiday homeowners, guiding them through all aspects of holiday home ownership, ensuring they have the information and support to make confident decisions. You’ll have stretching sales targets that you’ll be keen to exceed – always with the aim of making new owners feel it was a pleasure to buy from you.
Skills, experience, and qualities you’ll need
First and foremost, you will be a people person with the ability to build long-term relationships. You will have a real talent for making customers feel special, either on the phone or face-to-face. It’s in the way you talk and, just as importantly, in the way you listen.
Multi-tasking is second nature to you, and even in the busiest moments, you stay calm and approachable. We’re looking for someone with a positive, can-do attitude who thrives in a performance-driven environment and loves making a real impact.

What we need are customer centric, people who have a desire to problem solve, good listening skills or find it easy to relate/build relationships.
Nice to have but not essential

31. Previous experience in selling holiday homes or similar high-value products.
32. Demonstrated success in outbound sales calls to engage potential customers and secure appointments.
33. Strong background in a target-driven sales environment, with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
Whatever your experience, we will provide great training to ensure you can guide your customers from start to finish, always putting yourself in their shoes.
