Talent Acquisition Manager
Approx. £38,000 | Statford, London | 6M Fixed-Term Contract
Our client is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to deliver high-quality, inclusive recruitment across specialist and managerial roles, with a strong focus on supporting organisational change and transformation programmes.
This role sits within a centralised Talent Acquisition function operating in a global, matrix environment. You’ll partner closely with senior stakeholders, change leads, and People teams to ensure recruitment activity is aligned to strategic priorities while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Key responsibilities
* Deliver end-to-end recruitment, from job briefing and sourcing through to offer management
* Support change and transformation programmes through effective workforce delivery
* Build strong partnerships with hiring managers, acting as a trusted recruitment advisor
* Use data and market insight to manage pipelines, track performance, and improve outcomes
* Lead inclusive attraction, sourcing, and selection activity to build diverse talent pools
* Maintain high standards of data quality, compliance, and reporting
* Coach and support colleagues to ensure consistent recruitment standards
* Contribute to continuous improvement across TA processes and ways of working
About you
* Proven experience delivering end-to-end talent acquisition
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
* Experience recruiting specialist and/or managerial roles
* Data-driven, organised, and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
* Passionate about inclusive hiring and positive candidate experiences
* Experience in a global or matrix organisation is desirable
