Successfully delivering B2C events across the UK, providing experiences, creating memories, providing key digital information on their sectors giving the customers the best environment to learn and grow.

The Position:

As a Conference and Awards Director, you will be responsible for delivering and leading on the key portfolio, within the housing sector. Seeking a natural leader driving success for their team.


For the conferences, you will be the key point of contact for speakers, sponsorship and c-suite individuals, ensuring a smooth journey from initial contact to delivery on the day.


Leading on budget for each event, ensuring all factors such as ticket sales and pricing, profitability and tracking.


This role is a collaborative approach working closely with marketing, sales and operations to boost sponsorship revenue, promoting events and boosting engagement.


Have a clear strong operational background, ability to oversee all aspects from health and safety, on site management and logistics.


About you:

* Commercially driven, ability to manage all key aspects of events driving revenue.
* Knowledge within the housing, private sector or government sectors is preferred.
* A collaborative leader, working across marketing, sponsorship, speaker acquisition/management, event strategy and operations.
* Excellent communicator, great with building relationship and strong negotiation skills.
* Experience working on multiple events per year, preferably delivering conferences, exhibitions and awards.
* Experience leading teams, at least 4 direct reports.


This role is Hybrid x3 days in x2 WFH
