We’re looking for an ambitious and motivated Assistant Management Accountant to join our clients growing finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an AAT/CIMA/ ACCA Part Qualified finance professional with experience to gain further exposure and fast-track their development in a dynamic and supportive environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Sales ledger credit control and daily/weekly reporting
* Weekly Sales report
* Assist in Management Accounting
* Daily cashbook update, posting and weekly Bank reconciliation
* Assist with year-end preparation and audit information preparation
* Month end journal preparation and posting
* Assist Balance sheet reconciliations and signoff
* Maintain Fixed Asset register
* Bank payment runs
* Monthly payroll preparation
* Other adhoc duties as defined by Finance Director
* Adherence to corporate reporting procedures and standards

What We’re Looking For:
* Part Qualified AAT/ CIMA /ACCA
* Previous experience within a fast paced finance role
* Strong Excel and analytical skills
* Excellent attention to detail and a proactive mindset
* A willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks
* Previous experience with month end duties

This is a full time hybrid role (3 day office / 2 WFH) based in Leeds, with salary up to £31k DOE and full AAT/ ACCA/ CIMA study support!
