Position: School Teaching Assistant

Rate of Pay: £90 to £120 per day (depending on experience)

What You'll Need:
* Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience desirable)
* A passion for supporting students' learning and development
* Confidence working with pupils across age groups
* Strong communication and behaviour management skills
* A proactive and flexible approach
Desirable (but not essential):
* Experience supporting students with SEN (e.g. ASD, ADHD)
* Previous experience in a UK secondary school setting
* Relevant qualifications (e.g. CACHE Level 2/3, degree, or equivalent)
