We are seeking a full-time, passionate, and enthusiastic Clinical Service Manager to join our dedicated, experienced, and growing team of professionals. Caudwell Children aims to change lives, societal perceptions, and how charities operate through child-centred practical and emotional services, campaigning, and demonstrating best practices. We believe in a world where disabled and autistic children have the dignity, opportunity, and understanding they deserve.
The candidate should be able to work with a significant degree of independent professional responsibility, taking a senior leadership role within our clinical services and providing operational leadership for the Autism Service.
Main duties of the job
* Provide operational leadership for Caudwell Children's Autism Service, ensuring effective clinical and operational management in partnership with the COO and Governance Lead, collaborating with discipline leads.
* Work with the COO and Governance Lead to improve quality and performance, develop service strategy, and grow the business.
* Develop and implement clinical audit and service evaluation to enhance quality and outcomes.
* Engage with external organisations, including the voluntary sector, Royal Colleges, NHS, and social care, to foster shared goals and improvement.
* Manage the Family Support Team and supervise discipline leads in Clinical services.
* Lead autism assessments for children aged 4-11 as part of the clinical assessment team.

Leave Entitlement: 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays (increasing with service length)
