Job Title: Operations Executive
Location: Fife, Scotland (On-site)

Salary: £28,000 + benefits and bonus
AJ Connect is working in partnership with an established, independent Property SME in Fife to appoint an Operations Executive.
This is a hands-on role within a small, experienced team delivering a premium service across a portfolio of high-quality properties. The business supports a mix of short-term holiday guests, international visitors and long-term residential lets.
It's not corporate.
It's not KPI-obsessed.
It's operational, practical and people-focused.
You'll sit at the centre of day-to-day operations, ensuring properties are presented to a high standard and guests receive a smooth, professional experience from enquiry through to departure.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing guest enquiries by phone and email
* Coordinating arrivals and departures
* Conducting pre-arrival property checks
* Liaising with cleaning teams and maintenance contractors
* Troubleshooting and resolving guest issues quickly and professionally
* Managing bookings and internal systems
* Supporting wider operational and administrative tasks.
The role includes working two Saturdays per month, with a full day off in lieu.
Candidate Requirements:
This role suits someone bright, practical and solutions focused.
You may have gained experience in:
* Hospitality
* Retail
* Customer-facing environments
* Bar, restaurant or front-of-house roles
* Property experience is not essential.
What matters more is:
* Confidence speaking to people on the phone
* A calm, pragmatic approach to problem solving
* Strong attention to detail
* Comfort using digital systems and Excel
* Willingness to work in a small, collaborative team
* A full UK driving licence is essential.
