What You'll Do
* Be the MD's strategic partner—filtering priorities, managing time, and surfacing risks.
* Translate ideas into structured plans and ensure follow-through.
* Lead cross-functional projects (e.g. ACT, SharePoint evolution).
* Facilitate structured meetings with clear agendas and outcomes.
* Maintain dashboards, spreadsheets, and compliance tools, and leverage relevant software and systems (e.g. ACT, SharePoint, Excel, CRM platforms).
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and internal communications.
* Mentor and support staff across all levels.
* Help build a culture of achievement, consistency, and fun.
