Overview
Due to a restructure The Adam Practice is seeking a new GP Partner to work at our Upton site, for 4 sessions per week.
Our progressive Values help ensure we meet the needs of our patients and community whilst also supporting the health and wellbeing of all staff and the sustainability of a successful Partnership.
Innovation is part of everything we do, from our award-winning Leg Club delivering outstanding wound care to our renowned clinical research programme, which was awarded an Outstanding Contribution Award by Wessex CRN for our work on Covid-19 research.
The Practice location combines easy access to the wonderful Dorset countryside, whilst being very close to the edge of Poole town and is in a highly desirable area to live and work in.
The Practice is managed by a capable and efficient centralised Management Team, and we are key members of the Poole Central Primary Care Network with various staff and clinicians directly involved in or leading on PCN work. We have extensive involvement in training and education including overseas and elective students and supporting the development of our own staff.
We are a high earning, CQC Outstanding-rated Practice with just under 40,000 patients and 16 current Partners working across 5 sites. We successfully combine efficiencies of scale with localised continuity and high-quality care on individual surgery sites, whilst using a total triage appointment system to ensure acute patients are seen in a timely manner. We have the benefit of nearly 40 years of experience as a large multi-site Practice, providing a secure and stable environment to work in. GPs are supported by a large multidisciplinary team of practice and PCN employed clinicians.
