‘Make a Difference Every Day’ Hawthorn Academy is looking for a proactive Estates and Facilities Manager to ensure our school environment is safe, secure, and well-maintained. This role is key to supporting high-quality teaching and learning by managing the school’s premises, health and safety compliance, and physical resources. You will Lead the estates and facilities function across the school. Manage contractors and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Carry out minor repairs, maintenance, and refurbishment tasks. Oversee cleaning, security, and site access arrangements. Support strategic estate planning and capital project delivery. Monitor energy usage and maintain compliance records.
