Responsibilities
This is a full-time, on-site position for the La Cucina Manager at Fairmont St Andrews, located in St Andrews, Scotland. The La Cucina Manager will oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring a high standard of service and guest satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing and mentoring the restaurant team, driving revenue through innovative strategies, maintaining budgetary controls, and ensuring adherence to health and safety guidelines. Collaboration with chefs to deliver an authentic, high-quality Italian culinary experience is a critical part of this role, alongside maintaining a welcoming ambiance for guests.
