Job Title: Full-Time Teaching Assistants – Primary Schools
Location: Cambridgeshire (within a 5-mile travel radius)
Teaching Personnel is seeking to appoint experienced and qualified Teaching Assistants to undertake full-time roles across a range of primary schools in Cambridgeshire. These positions require flexibility, professionalism, and a commitment to supporting pupils’ educational development.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality support to class teachers in the planning and delivery of lessons.
Assist individual pupils and small groups, including those with additional learning needs.
Promote an inclusive and positive learning environment.
Contribute to pupil progress and classroom management in line with school policies.
Travel to schools within a 5-mile radius on a regular basis.
Candidate Requirements:
Relevant qualifications and prior experience as a Teaching Assistant within primary education.
Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to different classroom settings.
Reliability, professionalism, and a proactive approach to supporting learning.
Flexibility to travel between schools as required.
