Junior HR Generalist
Multi-site Operations – Manchester Area
6-month FTC, Salary max £45 Pro Rata
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Junior HR Generalist to join an established and global food manufacturer.
Looking after multiple sites across the Manchester area you will be using your skills in Employee Relations, Learning & Development, Policies and more, to have an impact on the business moving forward.

The Role
A Junior HR Generalist is needed for 6 months to assist and guide the HR teams across multi-site operations. Your varied duties will include.
•Support senior HR colleagues & site leadership teams with developing various HR projects. Create, manage and execute various projects to standardise and strengthen HR practice across the sites.
•Lead initiatives for ER & L&D, install additional training & development measures.
•Ensure communication of and adherence to HR Policies & continually assess HR KPIs and communicate to sites.
•Feedback and present project outcomes to senior leaders.
Your Skills & Experience
To be considered as the Junior HR generalist you will need.
•CIPD level 5 -7 or equivalent degree in similar field
•Ideally experience with large-scale multi-site operations
•Ability to partner with senior leadership team and line managers.
•Extensive knowledge of generalist people & culture duties including ER, L&D, recruitment, talent management and engagement
•Driving licence

If successful, this role will be a 6-month contract with a pro-rata salary of £40-£45K (depending upon your experience) with industry-leading benefits.
The working week is standard Monday to Friday, flexibility is expected.
