Fostering Team Manager
Salary: £44,000 - £53,000
NonStop's client, based in the Yorkshire region, is looking for an experienced Team Manager, or a Senior Practitioner looking for a step up, to join their independent fostering agency on a permanent basis.
This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of an established agency's improvement plans. You will work directly with the Registered Manager to ensure best practices throughout the team.

Manage a team of 5 Social Workers and 3 Support Workers
Work directly with the Registered Fostering Manager to improve the service and improve Ofsted rating
Travel weekly to Leeds and then throughout Yorkshire and the North East when neededRequirements:
Registration with Social work England (SWE)
Driving License
Knowledge of relevant legislation
Experienced Team Manager or Senior Practitioner within fostering
