What You’ll Do
As Facilities Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for everything related to the office, including:
* Keeping the office running smoothly and efficiently day-to-day
* Managing and supporting a Facilities Assistant
* Coordinating repairs, maintenance, and office improvement projects
* Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and service providers
* Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety standards
* Collaborating with Front of House and other teams to enhance the workplace environment
* Creating a welcoming and professional space for employees and visitors alike
Who We’re Looking For
We want someone who can combine leadership with a practical, hands-on approach. You’ll need:
* Experience managing facilities in an office environment
* Relevant qualifications such as IOSH, NEBOSH
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
