ROLE: Family Solicitor/Legal Executive
LOCATION:Scunthorpe/Howden
SALARY: Competitive and based on experience
HOURS: 09:00-17:15 Monday-Friday, with hybrid working opportunities available

Overview
Working within our well-established Family Law team in Scunthorpe or Howden, this role offers the opportunity to support individuals and families during some of the most important and sensitive moments of their lives. We are seeking an experienced Family Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to manage a varied caseload with care, professionalism and confidence.
You will join a highly regarded Family team known for its technical excellence, strong client relationships and genuinely supportive culture. This is a role where your expertise is trusted, your contribution is valued, and you are given the autonomy to manage your own work while being fully supported by experienced colleagues and high-quality administrative support.

What we are looking for
* A qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with litigation experience
* Experience in Private Children, and/or Matrimonial matters
* A client-focused approach with excellent communication skills
* Confidence managing cases independently while contributing to a collaborative team
* Experience of Legal Aid work is desirable but not essential
Responsibilities
* Managing a varied family law caseload within your area of specialism
* Advising clients with empathy, clarity and professionalism
* Progressing matters efficiently from instruction to conclusion
* Building trusted, long-term client relationships
