Key Responsibilities:

* Support SEO-optimised product copy to drive engagement and conversion
* Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams to create compelling content and support wider campaigns
* Work closely with buying and merchandising departments to ensure product presentation aligns with business goals
* Liaise with external partners to continually enhance and refresh product data
* Uphold tone of voice guidelines and act as a brand guardian across digital content
* Upload new products, manage categories, and maintain product hierarchies
* Monitor customer reviews and respond to product-related enquiries
