Job Opportunity: Purchase Ledger Clerk
We are working with an established property consulting organization in the Gravesend area seeking to hire a Purchase Ledger Clerk on a permanent basis, in-office position.

Responsibilities Include:
* Preparing and posting purchase invoices
* Preparing payments to suppliers (Cheque/BACS)
* Implementing purchase ledger payment plans
* Emailing BACS remittances
* Scanning invoices onto database
* Handling queries related to suppliers
* Processing phone and card payments
* Reconciling utility accounts
* Assisting with general office duties such as answering calls, handling queries, and filing
Skills and Experience:
* Experience in purchase ledger functions
* High level of concentration, accuracy, and attention to detail
* Self-motivated with a methodical and organized approach
* Ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Effective communication skills, both oral and written
* Proactive and responsible
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Knowledge of TRAMPS system is an advantage but not essential (training provided)
