They are looking for an Apprentice Quality Control Lab Technician to join their laboratory based in Stoke on Trent. Job Description for the Apprentice Quality Control Lab Technician role:
1. To conduct lab analysis using a wide range of test methods to support the production process
2. To provide recommendations on formulation adjustments for products
3. Identify improvements to enhance success rates
4. Approval of materials and products
5. Product rework activities
6. Oversee the intake of bulk raw materials
7. Operation of manufacturing systems
8. Follow and promote proper practices and procedures
9. To provide support to wider production teams as required
Candidate Requirements for the Apprentice Quality Control Lab Technician:
10. Educated to a minimum GCSE Level in English, Maths and Chemistry
11. Excellent attention to detail
12. Dedicated to personal development and training
13. Excellent team worker
This role is commutable from: Newcastle under Lyme, Stoke on Trent, Keele, Congleton, Stone and surrounding areas
Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Salary: £8.50 per hour (£15,470)
