The Role You Could Play
Our Therapists play a pivotal role in the business with a mission to become the one clients rave about, delivering exceptional customer service every single day.
You'll work closely with your Clinic Manager and Team Leader to build a highly effective clinic that provides clients with accessible treatments, backed by medical experts.
What you will bring:
* Level 3 in Beauty Therapy - Required
* Level 4 in Laser and Light Treatments - Preferred
* Previous experience in laser hair removal is a must
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment
* Availability to work evenings and weekends
* Ability to carry out skin and laser treatments
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing an empathetic approach to help customers with all queries, skin concerns, and offering suitable solutions
* Delivering individualised skincare consultations including Microdermabrasion, Chemical Peels, Skin Needling, and HydraFacial
* Communicating effectively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience, including support with clinic operations, cleanliness, and hygiene
* Supporting the front desk as required
