* Managing various aspects of conveyancing, including first or second charge, lender-only or dual representation, and both individual and corporate mortgages.
* Overseeing conveyancing for repossession and receiver sale transactions.
* Thoroughly reviewing legal titles and conveyance documentation, followed by reporting findings to clients.
* Identifying potential risks for clients and, whenever feasible, proposing effective solutions or risk mitigation strategies.
* Addressing general legal inquiries from clients and team members.
* Preparing occasional legal documents as required.
* Facilitating communication and collaboration with clients, agents, brokers, borrowers, asset managers, buyers' and borrowers' solicitors, internal departments, and other relevant parties.
* Utilizing case management systems on a daily basis for efficient workflow.
* Providing assistance with departmental reporting, billing, and general administrative tasks when necessary.
