Accounts Assistant Salary - £28 33K depending on experience Duties Ownership of purchase ledger. Posting supplier invoices and credit notes accurately ensuring correct nominal coding, vat treatment and currency. Posting payments, direct debits and manual payments Processing fortnightly purchase ledger bacs payment runs Perform regular supplier account reconciliations. Resolving any discrepancies, liaising with internal departments and suppliers Month end procedures, including reconciliation of creditors ledger and on hold invoices Processing credit card invoices and payments Processing staff expenses and Revolut card reconciliation Assisting with accounts receivable, raising sales invoices and uploading to customer portals. Assisting with credit control, by email and telephone Assisting with payroll processing.
