🔥 FRA Supervisor – Remedial Works
📍 Location: Enfield (office‑based) with regular site visits within the M25 (occasional travel outside)
🕒 Type: Full‑time

We are seeking an organised and proactive FRA Supervisor to manage and co‑ordinate remedial fire safety works across multiple sites within our growing portfolio.
🛠️ The Role
You will be responsible for progressing client‑assigned remedial works through to completion, working closely with our FRA supply chain and liaising directly with clients.
This is a fast‑paced role involving the management of multiple small to medium works across various locations.
✅ Key Responsibilities
1. 🔧 Co‑ordinate FRA works, including: Fire doorsets Compartmentation (fire stopping) New doorset installations
2. 🤝 Liaise with clients, internal teams, and specialist FRA contractors
3. 🏗️ Attend site visits to identify scopes of work and monitor progress
4. 🦺 Supervise works from a health & safety perspective
5. 🗣️ Manage and resolve issues or complaints professionally
6. 📊 Provide updates and maintain accurate records using Excel and Outlook
👤 About You
7. 🧠 Strong organisational and communication skills
8. 📈 Basic to intermediate Excel skills to manage workloads and track progress
9. 📄 Experience reviewing and requesting asbestos‑related reports
10. 🚗 Comfortable working across multiple sites and competing priorities
11. 🔥 FRA technical experience is desirable but not essential
