Production Administrator required. The role is permanent, full time (no remote working) and reports to the Production Director. Salary: up to £28,000 pa, depending on relevant experience/skill level Hours: 8am to 4pm OR 8.30am to 4.30pm, half an hour unpaid break. Production Administrator Job role: * To ensure sales order and works order databases are cleansed and up to date * Establish priorities for specific customer orders and revise schedules according to customer requirements and communicate effectively with customer and internal departments * Raise work orders keeping all information up to date * Ensure there are timings on the operations on Bills Of Materials, liaise with estimating and engineering to ensure this is achieved Production Administrator Key skills: * Determination for ‘right first time’ processes * Ability to prioritise their own workload * Possess a meticulous eye for detail * Assertive communication skills – able to speak confidently with customers and internal departments e.g. Sales and Purchasing * Efficient, accurate, self-motivated, confident and enthusiastic
