The PracticeManager is the lead in managing governance and is the focal pointfor external organisations and inspections, including the regulator.
Through innovative ways of working, lead the team in promotingED&I, SHEF, quality and continuous improvement, confidentiality,collaborative working, service delivery, learning and development and ensurethe practice complies with UK legislation and both NHS and CQCregulations.
