* Coordinate activities such as meetings and events, managing logistics and follow-up.
* Work with the communications team on large events.
* Support development of tools, templates, and guidance for safeguarding practices.
* Ensure content and communications are inclusive and accessible.
* Maintain good administrative practices to keep tasks on track.
* Occasionally travel (~1-2 times/month) for regional and national events to support and connect with the network.

Knowledge and Skills:

* Strong interpersonal skills — rapport-building, listening, clear communication.
* Excellent organization — managing time and tasks remotely.
* Collaborative mindset — valuing diverse perspectives.
* Good written communication — clear, friendly, adaptable.
* Ability to identify themes in feedback to inform decisions.
* Basic understanding of safeguarding, welfare, and wellbeing principles.
* Proficiency with digital tools (email, video calls, shared documents, spreadsheets).
* Self-motivated and proactive, with support available when needed.
* Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.

Work Environment and Support:

* Home-based, with regular online meetings.
* Travel (~1-2 times/month), overnight stays (~3-4 times/year).
* Flexible working options considered.
* Access to co-working or local office space possible.
