We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a dedicated Clinical Lead to join a high-quality care home setting, where excellence in clinical care and resident wellbeing is the top priority. The Role As Clinical Lead, you will work closely with nurses and carers to maintain the highest standards of clinical care and governance within the home. Reporting to the Home Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring residents receive outstanding, person-centred care while supporting and developing the nursing team.
