Role Overview:
Modulaire Group is targeting +6% revenue CAGR from its leasing business unit (~80% of revenue) across 23 countries. A major driver will be transforming and accelerating the demand engine, including how it identifies, generates, and converts commercial demand into profitable growth and new customers at speed.
In this critical role, you will lead, shape, and execute the company’s next phase of growth and transformation, implementing key initiatives that deliver measurable value creation across the Group. The ideal candidate will combine strategic tech depth, customer-centric creativity, operational rigor, and the ability to scale a modern, high-performing growth team in a complex B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Growth System Design: Develop and implement a data-driven growth system that integrates AI-driven revenue operations workflows (e.g., Clay), sourcing construction and CapEx data, to drive pipeline growth and improve revenue conversion.
* Marketing & Omnichannel Strategy: Review and redesign marketing and demand generation operating models across business units, ensuring profitable growth with measurable ROI. Lead the performance measurement frameworks across digital channels, including SEO, website optimization, and omnichannel campaigns.
* E-Commerce Development: Drive the shift to an end-to-end e-commerce model for specific product categories, optimizing business growth and revenue retention, especially in small to mid-market segments.
* Leadership & Collaboration: Lead a cross-functional team, ensuring alignment between marketing, sales, and commercial teams. Articulate insights and recommendations in an executive, commercial-focused way.
* System Integration & Automation: Evaluate and integrate automation tools (Salesforce, Hubspot, Clay), develop systems for lead generation, and work on AI-based solutions for scaling operations. Own system implementation and track success metrics through pilots, with the first implementation in Germany.
Key Qualifications:
* 8+ years of experience in demand generation, commercial excellence, or growth marketing in a B2B environment, particularly in driving pipeline generation and revenue growth.
* Hands-on experience in building AI-powered marketing systems and working with tools like Clay, Salesforce, and Hubspot.
* Proven ability to design and integrate data pipelines from external sources (e.g., construction databases) into CRM systems.
* Experience working in an international, matrixed environment with strong project management skills.
* Fluent in English; additional languages (German, French, or Spanish) are a plus.
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
