This role supports the Financial Controller and Customer Success team, handling quotations, sales orders, invoicing, credit control, purchase ledger, migration scheduling, and answering calls-keeping the business running smoothly and customers happy.

Responsibilities for an apprentice
You will support the Financial Controller with day-to-day financial and administrative tasks while working towards a recognised apprenticeship qualification. This role is ideal for someone looking to begin a career in finance and administration, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced business environment.
Billing and Invoicing
* Running Monthly Hosting invoices
* Raising Renewal Invoices as payments received
* Calculating and creating Maintenance Renewal Estimates
* Raising Intercompany invoices
Credit Control
* Monitoring outstanding invoices
* Chasing overdue payments
* Processing bank payment and invoice payments
Purchase Ledger
* Processing supplier invoices
* Processing expenses
Financial Administration
* Provide support to the Financial Controller as and when required undertaking ad hoc functions
* Processing supplier invoices
* Undertake balance sheet accounts reconciliations as and when required
General Administration
* Provide Support for Azure Team to facilitate on-boarding process including scheduling with customer and chasing/sending information
* General Ad hoc Administration tasks
Apprenticeship Information
You will be enrolled on the Business Admin Level 3, typically completed over 18 months. This includes:
* Regular workplace-based learning supported by your training provider and line manager
* A minimum of 6 hours per week of off-the-job training
* Development of skills, knowledge, and behaviours aligned to the apprenticeship standard
* Completion of a portfolio and end-point assessment
* Functional Skills support in English or Maths if not previously achieved at Level 2
Prospects
Once you have completed your apprenticeship there will be the opportunity to potentially go into a permanent based role. This is a growing company and there is potential to progress in the financial department, or into a Customer Success Team role.
