Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Account Manager located in Plymouth. The Customer Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that arise. Additional duties include maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, coordinating with other departments to meet customer needs, and providing support for the sales team through customer feedback and lead generation.

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
