Job Summary
As a Support Coach, you will help people with disabilities in a classroom or community setting. You will help individuals grow their skills and gain independence to the greatest extent possible.
* Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM
* Wage: $17.00 per hour

As part of our team, you will:
* Plan and deliver social and creative lessons and activities
* Provide opportunities for independence, community integration, and inclusion
* Coach and guide people to reach their goals
* Support people to grow and develop their social skills
What will you bring to Opportunity Partners?
* A desire to make a positive difference in the lives of people with disabilities!
* One year of experience in human services field preferred
* High school diploma or GED
* Must have a valid MN driver’s license
