Relationship Manager (Canning Vale)
$40 per hour casual rate | Full-time hours | Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm

We are currently seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to join a well-established industrial supplier based in Canning Vale. This is a phone-based, customer relationship role responsible for managing a large portfolio of small to mid-value business accounts across Western Australia. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator with a background in sales, customer service, or call-centre operations - someone who thrives on building relationships and delivering exceptional service.
About the role
Working as part of a supportive, high-performing branch team, you'll manage an extensive list of accounts (typically under $15k in value) and act as the key point of contact for pricing, orders, and customer queries.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing daily inbound and outbound customer calls, maintaining strong client relationships
* Preparing quotations, processing orders, and providing accurate pricing support
* Proactively identifying opportunities to retain and grow customer spend
* Maintaining CRM records and ensuring accurate account documentation
* Collaborating with the Area Manager and field sales team to support overall account performance
* Providing professional, solution-focused service in every interaction
What you'll bring
Experience in customer service, inside sales, or call-centre account management
Confident, articulate phone manner with strong relationship-building skills
Excellent time management and attention to detail across multiple accounts
Competence with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
A proactive and organised approach to sales follow-up and customer retention
Full working rights in Australia and reliability to work onsite full-time hours
Experience within industrial, technical, or trade-related sales will be highly regarded, but not essential.
This is a casual position offering full-time hours, Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will earn $40 per hour plus superannuation and enjoy the stability of consistent weekday work within a well-structured national organisation.
Applicants MUST have full working rights in Australia, as this role will be working fulltime hours on an ongoing basis (NOT negotiable).
Please note: This role is critical to ensuring strong on‑ground performance and supporting operational outcomes directly at site. It involves regular in‑person liaison with various managers and employees and, as a result, this is an on‑site only position.
