We are currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator to act as a key office-based link between our customers and the business. This role is responsible for responding to customer enquiries, resolving issues, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a consistently high standard of customer care in line with our customer commitment. The role As a Customer Service Administrator, you will support the effective day-to-day management of customer accounts and play an important role in maintaining strong customer relationships.
