We are looking for a Customer Experience Manager to join our Transportation team in Brixworth. In this role, you will take a customer-focused approach to continually enhance the experience we deliver, ensuring our customer excellence strategy is brought to life across the transportation communities we serve.

As a Customer Experience Manager, you will act as a champion for our customers—leading, influencing, and shaping positive experiences across multiple channels, processes, and touchpoints. You will ensure that customers and community members remain at the heart of our decision-making while clearly demonstrating the value and impact Kier delivers.


Your day-to-day will include:

1. Delivering customer and communication strategies and plans, ensuring consistency across all activities within West Northamptonshire Council.
2. Providing customer excellence and first-class stakeholder engagement.
3. Supporting teams and projects to deliver contract requirements.
4. Supporting the delivery of the highways social value performance excellence plan.
5. Managing events and engaging with internal and external stakeholders.

This role is ideal if you have:

* Proven experience engaging with senior members of the public, with the ability to empathize across diverse customer groups and demonstrate exceptional people skills.
* The ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions confidently.
* A result-focused attitude with a drive to make things happen, influence change, manage teams, and identify gaps in processes.
