The role
of Area Sales Manager will include:
* Manage and collate all sales and marketing documentation required to support the Group's national development programme
* Manage, build, and maintain relationships with internal and external customers, identifying any shortfalls in service delivery and ensuring issues are raised for resolution in line with Group aims and objectives
* Ensure the accurate reporting of sales status across the national programme, including liaising with solicitors, sales managers, and sales coordinators to provide timely updates within agreed formats
* Manage the recruitment, performance, and development of quality staff to ensure strong teams are built who can deliver in line with business needs and individual accountabilities
Skills and experiences:
* Recent experience in undertaking a similar role
* Some experience of working in a customer service and/or administrative role
* Working knowledge of analysing and diagnosing problems and implementing effective solutions
* Previous experience of managing a team
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
* Proficient user of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
* This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence

* £45,250 per annum (rising to £47,632 after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
