To assist the adoption and optimal use of digital tools on site and support our central digital team in the ongoing digitisation of all our aspects of work. To support the systems controllers in configuration and maintenance of digital tools based on experiences from site and report back on user experience and challenges.
Duties
· Quick adaption to and proficiency in digital tool offering
· Commitment to staying up to date with tools and their updates and changes
· Support roll out of tools on new project sites and provide ongoing support to live sites by:
o Training users
o Supporting sites daily use, issues and queries
o Support sites implementing tools and troubleshooting
o Setting up/configuration of tools for deployment to site including configuration
o In-person support via site visits
· Be responsive to problems and ensure escalation routes are followed when an issue arises
· Recognise opportunities for continuous improvement, gather information form site teams and return feedback to manager
· Attend and record discussions and outcomes from digital tool vendors and account managers
· Promote positive attitude and culture towards digital tools
· Awareness of ISO 19650 and impact on configuration of the common data environment
