HLTA – Bingley Primary School
A brilliant Bingley primary school is looking for a confident HLTA who’s ready to lead groups, cover classes and bring energy and organisation to the team.
If you enjoy stepping up, supporting teachers and keeping lessons running smoothly, this role will suit you perfectly.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Delivering planned lessons when teachers are out
2. Supporting learning across the school
3. Running small group interventions
4. Working closely with staff to keep routines consistent
What we’re looking for:
5. HLTA qualification or strong TA experience
6. Someone who’s confident leading whole classes
7. A positive, professional presence in the classroom
