About this role:
We're looking for a hands-on, proactive Business Analyst with the skills and experience to bring clarity to complexity, ask insightful questions, and drive change from discovery through to delivery.
In this role, you'll join a newly established transformation team, working closely with colleagues across the business to understand current processes, gather requirements, and identify opportunities for improvement.
You'll play a key role in turning ideas into clear, actionable solutions that create value for both the business and our customers.
Some responsibilities and goals you'll own:
* Elicit and Define Business Requirements
Conduct workshops, interviews, focus groups, and document analysis to gather business needs. Translate findings into detailed requirement backlogs and clear specifications.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with IT and other teams to design and implement solutions that align with business objectives. Support project delivery through implementation, testing, and stakeholder engagement.
* Capability Building
Champion best practices in process design, change management, and continuous improvement across the organisation.
Must have skills:
* A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a systems thinking mindset.
* Proficiency with modelling tools (e.g., Visio preferred) and business analysis techniques.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Solid understanding of project management principles.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
Desirable:
* Experience in the property sector (preferred but not essential).
* Familiarity with tools such as customer journey mapping software, service blueprints, and data visualisation platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
* Understanding of data modelling and entity relationship diagrams.
* Knowledge of taxonomy, schemas, and risk management frameworks.
* Interest in emerging technologies such as AI and automation.
