Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Community Staff Nurse who would relish the opportunity to work within the Upper Annandale Community Nursing Team, delivering quality nursing care to housebound patients 24 hours per day.
You will be working within an ever-changing environment, alongside colleagues in the multidisciplinary Home Team, including Allied Health Professionals, Social Work & Public Health Improvement.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an innovative, creative, compassionate and collaborative nursing team.
Key responsibilities
Deliver quality nursing care to housebound patients 24 hours per day.
Support the multidisciplinary Home Team in patient care and coordination.
Requirements
* Experience working within a community setting is preferred but not essential.
* A current driving licence is essential due to the geographical area this team covers. If you have a disability which precludes you from holding a driving licence, consideration will be given if alternative transport can be arranged.
* Post is 30 hours per week, permanent.
