Private Client Solicitor
Location: Herefordshire; Salary: Up to £45,000 (DOE); Working Arrangement: Hybrid (initial on-site expectation)
About the Role
A long-established regional firm with a strong presence across Herefordshire is looking to expand its Private Client team. Known for its approachable culture and high-quality client base, the firm offers a supportive and collaborative environment with a clear focus on work-life balance.
A new opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2+ PQE to join the team. You will take ownership of your own caseload and play a key role in delivering high-quality advice to clients.
The role will involve:
* Managing a varied caseload of wills, probate and estate administration
* Advising on trusts and the administration of trusts
* Drafting and advising on Powers of Attorney and Deputyships
* Providing tailored advice on succession planning
* Maintaining strong client relationships
Responsibilities
* Be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 2 PQE in private client work
* Be confident running your own caseload independently
* Demonstrate strong technical knowledge
* Ideally hold or be working towards STEP qualification
* Have excellent communication and client care skills
