As we continue to grow, we are looking to recruit a commercially minded and technically capable
E-commerce and Systems Manager
to join our team.
What you'll be doing
As we are expanding into new markets, this role will be vital in helping fulfil our ambitious growth plans as well as optimising our existing business operation.
It is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to have autonomy over the e-commerce tech stack for a forward-thinking company that is striving for digital optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and manage the day-to-day operations of Shopify
* Oversee website administration including product uploads, content updates, and UX improvements.
* Lead A/B testing and CRO initiatives to improve conversion rates and reduce bounce.
* Troubleshoot technical issues, working to resolve problems quickly
* Collaborate with marketing to support automation and reporting e.g. email workflows
* Drive automation across business e.g stock alerts, order flows etc
* Manage third-party platforms, integrations, and plug-ins (e.g., CRM, ERP, apps).
* Build and manage automated reporting tools
* Identify new tools, trends, and technologies to improve business performance and operations.
* Communicate confidently to multiple stakeholders internally and externally
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years of proven e-commerce experience in a similar e-commerce role, ideally in a fast-growing business
* Strong technical understanding and hands-on experience with Shopify
* Practical experience in HubSpot, building marketing and/or business automation
* Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical mindset
* The ability to find scalable solutions for business challenges and communicate them to senior managers
* Confident communicator with strong project management skills.
* Proactive, commercially minded, and highly organised.
