About the Role
As our HR Business Partner, you will work closely with senior leaders and managers to deliver high-quality HR support, enabling performance, engagement, and growth across the business. You'll act as a trusted advisor, ensuring that our people practices are aligned with business goals while fostering a positive and inclusive culture.
What You'll Do
* Partner with managers to provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and business change.
* Support and coach leaders to deliver people solutions that drive results.
* Champion inclusion and wellbeing across the business.
* Drive a continuous improvement mindset by reviewing processes, simplifying workflows, and implementing practical solutions that improve efficiency and effectiveness.
* Problem-solving: Identify challenges and develop practical, effective solutions.
* Creative thinking: Apply innovative approaches to improve HR processes and outcomes.
* Decision-making: Make informed and confident decisions to support the business and employees.
* Leverage HR data insights and AI tools to identify trends, predict workforce needs, and inform decision-making.
* Use people data and dashboards to generate actionable insights and support informed decision-making with business stakeholders.
About You
We're looking for someone with:
* Experienced HR professional with a track record in employee relations and people management.
* Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
* A proactive, solution-focused approach with a strong continuous improvement mindset.
* Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
* CIPD Level 5 or qualified by experience.
