We are looking for a creative and data-driven Marketing Manager to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and revenue growth across our leadership development programmes.
What we're looking for:
A strategic and creative marketer with a passion for driving growth and building brand awareness through integrated marketing approaches. You understand the nuances of marketing to senior executives to deliver measurable results.
What the role involves:
You will:
* Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to generate high-quality opportunities for our sales team and increase brand awareness, ensuring alignment with our leadership development products.
* Create and manage compelling campaigns across various channels including social media, content marketing, event marketing, email and SEO to reach senior decision-makers and senior executives, growing brand awareness and lead generation.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products or services, ensuring seamless integration between marketing and sales.
* Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
* Generate high-quality marketing qualified leads (MQLs) that convert effectively into sales qualified leads (SQLs) for the sales team.
* Optimise conversion rates through personalised marketing strategies and targeted campaign development.
* Drive website traffic and engagement through compelling content and strategic digital marketing initiatives.
* Manage social media presence to build thought leadership and engage with senior executive audiences.
* Maximise return on marketing investment (ROMI) through data-driven campaign optimisation and performance analysis.
* Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape within the leadership development sector.
You'll need:
* A degree or higher apprenticeship in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* Proven experience in a marketing management role, with a strong track record of developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns, ideally in a professional services or the leadership development sector.
* Excellent understanding of both digital and traditional marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email, content marketing, print advertising, direct mail, and event marketing.
* Proficiency in marketing tools and technologies, including CRM systems such as HubSpot, marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and design software.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed strategic decisions.
* Creativity and innovation with a passion for exploring new marketing trends and techniques.
* Strong project management capabilities to coordinate multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously.
* Exceptional communication skills, able to convert ideas and concepts into engaging copy.
