Package Description:
2 Sisters Food Group in Scunthorpe has vacancies for 2 QA Team Leaders.
To be the first point of contact for QA staff, to assist, monitor and develop QA Technicians through supervision, training, guidance and support. Reporting to the shift manager. To ensure that all products consistently deliver quality, safety and value to the satisfaction of our customers.
As a QA Team Leader, you will be responsible for:
* To assist their teams when required
* Cover QA roles when demand or resource is challenging.
* Calibration of QA equipment including gas analysers and probes
* To maintain and audit QA documentation
* Label auditing
* Preparation of customer samples
* Preparation and completion of swabs and water sampling
* Assist with daily QASs
* Support the whole team during audits and visits.
* Support QA Managers and provide support to Technical Managers when QAM are absent.
* Carry out GMP assessments and ensure good standards are met.
This post is working a 2-week rotating shift pattern:
WEEK 1 –Monday to Saturday; 06:00-14:30
WEEK 2 – Monday to Friday; 14:30-23:00
