Job Summary: Responsible for planning and executing multiple cross-functional and strategically significant projects and programs, ensuring alignment with enterprise-wide goals and objectives. Facilitates and manages the efforts of team members and third parties, ensuring clear communication with leadership on decisions, priorities, and strategic alignment." Defines project objectives, oversees quality control throughout the project's life cycle, and proactively anticipates, escalates, and resolves complex organizational, technical, and administrative challenges at the enterprise level. Assumes fiscal responsibility and oversight for program and departmental activities while managing privileged information related to inter-departmental plans.
Essential Functions:
• Direct and manage project development from initiation to completion, ensuring business outcomes are met and organizational priorities are advanced. Understand and confirm business unit needs in writing, ensuring clarity, alignment, and integration with enterprise strategies. Assign action items post meetings and provide actionable meeting notes, facilitating effective follow-up and accountability.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders, contributing to the conception and development of new processes and departmental planning initiatives.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders, fostering transparency and alignment.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations that reflect innovative solutions and processes.
• Anticipate and manage organizational risks, changes in scope, and enterprise-level impacts, ensuring effective mitigation strategies and business continuity. Delegate tasks and responsibilities across multiple project teams, identifying critical interdependencies and ensuring timelines are met.
• Lead cross-functional project teams fostering collaborative problem-solving, coaching, and capability building across the organization.
• Conduct post-completion meetings and create recommendations reports, assessing project effectiveness and areas for improvement.
• Manage project budget, initiating budgetary recommendations and assuming fiscal responsibility for departmental activities, including tracking hours, expenses, milestones, and ensuring completion of legal documents.
• Recommend and establish best practices, methodologies, and tools for project and program management across the enterprise. Understand each Business Unit's function and its relation to active projects, leveraging this knowledge to solve complex challenges and direct the formulation of departmental plans.
• Work regularly with privileged information concerning inter-departmental activities and plans, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
• Uphold the company culture of inclusion and collaboration in managing project teams, fostering an environment that encourages innovative thinking.
Education and Experience:
• Proven delivery and execution of other enterprise-wide solutions
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in project management.
• Familiarity with project management software.
• 3 - 5 years of related experience.

• Strong written and oral communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities to resolve complex organizational challenges and drive strategic outcomes. Ability to elicit cooperation from various sources and bring projects to successful completion.
• Political sensitivity and past project issue resolution skills.
• Ability to be on-site in Lewiston Office 2-3 days a week is preferred.
Certification Requirement:
• PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification or equivalent work experience preferred.
