Operations Support Manager
We are seeking an experienced Operations Support Manager to play a pivotal role within the Olympia Estate Services (OES) team. This is a key position focused on ensuring the seamless delivery of operational objectives, projects and processes across a dynamic mixed-use estate.
Acting as a central point of coordination, you will promote a strong “One Team” ethos, supporting department heads (H&S, Security, Technical Services & Logistics) while driving efficiency, compliance and continuous improvement across the estate.
Key Responsibilities
* Support delivery of key operational initiatives and strategic projects
* Collaborate with Heads of Department to identify efficiencies and implement process improvements
* Lead cross-functional projects and manage key operational budgets
* Oversee procurement processes and vendor relationships
* Manage document control, estate systems and shared inboxes
* Coordinate permits, purchase orders and project financial tracking
* Deliver OES inductions, embedding vision, values and team culture
* Support continuous improvement through feedback and performance tracking
About You
* 5+ years’ experience in Estate Management, Real Estate or mixed-use environments
* Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills
* Confident managing budgets and finance administration
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and business systems (ERP/CRM)
* Exceptional communicator with a proactive, hands-on approach
Desirable: PRINCE2, PMP, Lean or Six Sigma knowledge.
